Start-up Offers Better Email Management

Ukrainian start-up, SenderOK has launched a system that offers better email management by streamlining the process.

SenderOK is an add-in for most email clients and browsers that extends them with email sorting and sender information display features integrated into the email preview pane.

The system works by analyzing incoming email and determines their importance based on that user’s behavior pattern towards every known sender. For unknown senders, SenderOK uses its network information about sender communications and other data according to its proprietary algorithm.

SenderOK’s icon in the system tray lets users know if they have unread emails from important senders. A voice announcement alerts users of emails that are considered to be important. It can be configured to happen even when the email program is closed.

In the email message preview pane, users can see each sender’s photo business card with personal and contact information. The extended card will also display all messages and attached files received from that sender. Profile data can be imported from social network sites including LinkedIN, Facebook, Xing and MySpace.

“We solve the problem of email overload, information management, and spam. We also help business people to exchange and keep contact information updated hands-off,” says Viktor Tatarov, SenderOK CEO.
